Proud being lecturers in the Executive Program Business Engineering (EMBE) @University of St.Gallen. Together with Ulrike Baumöl , RETHINK created and facilitated the module “Strategy & Design”. Prof. Dr. Baumöl started off with a great lecture on Strategy and Megatrends. Jochen Decker, Head of Digital & Chief Architect of SBB gave valuable insights into the innovation strategy and the use of innovation methods. While having taken the participants on a three-day journey, they were able to apply and learn Design Thinking on a real life challenge. Stephen Herold IBM iX Leader Switzerland revealed an international perspective. During his very inspiring and exciting session, Stephen spoke about how IBM has transformed by implementing Design Thinking. Just before the participant's presentations, Doris Jaussi Design Thinking Coach @Generali gave a glimpse on the innovation journey of a big insurance company. Last but not least we had the pleasure of experiencing the creative as well as appealing presentations of the participants. A great thanks to the participants for going through the Design Thinking Journey and to Andreas Frei and Stefan Latt for complementing our coaching team.
